Rental Agreement
When you book a dumpster with Waste Falcon, you agree to these terms. The person placing the order is responsible for the container, its contents, and the rental fees.
Prohibited Items
You may not place the following in our dumpsters: hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, oil, batteries, tires, appliances containing refrigerants, asbestos, or medical waste. Prohibited items may result in additional fees or refusal of pickup.
Weight Limits
Each dumpster size has a weight limit (see our sizes page). Overages may incur additional per-ton fees, disclosed before pickup.
Placement & Damage
You're responsible for the placement location. Waste Falcon is not liable for damage to driveways, landscaping, or underground utilities caused by delivery or pickup of the container.
Payment
Payment is due on delivery unless other terms are agreed upon in writing. Flat-rate pricing covers delivery, pickup, disposal, and the agreed rental period. Extensions may incur additional fees.
Cancellations
Cancellations made before dispatch are free. Once the truck is en route or the container is placed, a trip fee may apply.
